Photo taken in 1982 -- an attempt to channelize path traffic through the Metropolitan District Commission maintenance parking lot east of Western Avenue/Arsenal Street bridge. The strip between the stripes is too narrow to meet AASHTO specs, the curves are too sharp, and the conflicting directions of travel of trucks and path users on the same surface are troublesome.
